The higher education commission (HEC) and education testing council (ETC) will management HAT (Higher education Aptitude test for gifted of higher education commission (HEC) and for the admission in MS/ M Phil Programmes through a uniform attainable and translucent option method.

Description of HEC Scholarship & Admission:
- The last date of this scholarship and admission is 31 January, 2018 and the publishing date was 14 January, 2018 and advertisement was in express newspaper.
- Fill the form of application with carefully and write the category in which you want to apply.
- After the registration every applicants must deposit Rs. 500/- nonrefundable fees to any online habib bank Account number 1742-79001334-01 or order draft with the name of Director General Finance, HEC.
- All candidates must take out original deposit slip / ATM transfer slip to the higher educational commission (HEC) office.
Eligibility criteria:
- This higher education commission (HEC0 aptitude HAT Test will be valid for 2 years for taking admissions in any universities whether its private or government in Pakistan.
- Applicants must collect the application through online otherwise application may be rejected.
- Applicants must fulfill the requirement, condition and terms of the HEC Scholarship program 2018 or the admission in in MS / M.Phil.
- The Aptitude Test HAT has arranged for those candidates who applied online already for higher educational commission (HEC) scholarships through E Portal for further final selection method.
- The test scores will valid just for two year

Step.1. HEC Online Application:
DeleteApply online at HEC website: http://eportal.hec.gov.pk/arl . After registering and filling your profile, please select “Academic & Research Linkages” under “Scholarship and Grant” menu in left hand side panel of the online portal. After submission of the application, get its printed copy to be signed & stamped by employer (if employed, otherwise not) for record purposes. Attach deposit slip of Rs. 300/- (in original) through HEC online Account No. 17427900133401 in HBL, Shalimar Recording Company Branch, H-9, Islamabad (no other documents to be attached with HEC application form except a deposit slip). All payments are to be made to HEC through HBL online facility. This facility is available in all branches of Habib Bank Ltd (HBL), Pakistan.
Step. 2. Tempus Public Foundation Online Application:
All applications shall be submitted through the online application system of Tempus Public Foundation. After registration, the applicants are able to access the application surface and upload the required documents. Please note that no applications will be accepted without the online submission and after the deadline.
