Description OF the SZAMS Admission:

• The last date of submitting the form in this university is 25th January, 2018.
• Selection of the applicants should be stern on open justify or merit.
• Those applicants who are government servant or be in the service of autonomous applicants must apply through actual way. The progress application will not contemplate and in anyway these applicants application are not being accepted before the interview. 
• The applicants who will declare the test so they have to bring NOC for join the course.

Requirement Documents for admission:

The following attested copy should be given such as:

• The applicants must bring Three (3) passport size photographs.
• The applicants must bring computerized national identity card CNIC.
• The applicants must bring Domicile Certificate.
• The applicants must bring Matric and F.sc or equal to this.
• The applicants must bring MBBS with detail mark certificate for professional Applicants.
• The applicants must bring house job certificate.
• The applicants must bring PM/ DC the continuing registration certificate.
• The applicants must bring CAT (general passing certificate)
• The applicants must bring any experience certificate if any you have or any other certificate,

Eligibility Criteria of Admission:

• The applicant should take control of MBBS OR equal to degree which is registered by PM/DC.
• The applicants should take control of house job certificate which will be for one year and registered by the PM/DC.
• The applicants must have permanent valid registration from the PM/DC.
• The applicants must have GAT General passing certificate.
• In any event of overseas applicants should bring the registration with medical committee of their country of the origin should be provided.
